Loading image to SDRAM under ubuntu

Hi, I am trying to run uclinux on DE0-Nano, and i successfully generated the zImage, but iam unable to load the image into SDRAM, it showing error like alex@alex:~$ nios2-download -g ~/...

In my case usb-blaster is working, in those posts they explained about usb-blaster on uubntu only, really i dont know , what i have to do, nearly one week , i tried but failed.

can i try it in windows?
