Loading image to SDRAM under ubuntu

Hi, I am trying to run uclinux on DE0-Nano, and i successfully generated the zImage, but iam unable to load the image into SDRAM, it showing error like alex@alex:~$ nios2-download -g ~/...

Really so sad, what i have to , y jtagconfig is not working , else can i try it under windows? any suggestions?
