Honored ContributorThe rules file should not contain "echo". This means that you did not use the file from my zip archive at this post (http://www.alteraforum.com/forum/showpost.php?p=154547&postcount=9)
Use the file from the zip file to overwrite the existing 51-usbblaster.rules file and try again. N.
