Loading image to SDRAM under ubuntu

Hi, I am trying to run uclinux on DE0-Nano, and i successfully generated the zImage, but iam unable to load the image into SDRAM, it showing error like alex@alex:~$ nios2-download -g ~/...

Also remember to put the quartus bin directory in your .bashrc file

alex@alex:~$ gedit ~/.bashrc &

and add the following line to the bottom of the file

export PATH=$PATH:/opt/quartus/bin

Then log out and log back in.
