Load an image on the LCD of cyclone III

Hi all, hope that everything is ok ^^

i'm an engineering student, and i already did the example of sys_arc_turoriel and everything goes ok :), but when i tried to change the picture to make my own pictures, by deleting the .zip that exists and making my own ( the zip file that i add respect the same dimention as the one given in the tutoriel and the same names) everything goes wrong :confused: please help, i really need to know what could i do to fixe the problem
