List of the peripheral drivers supported for bare metal

Please list me the drivers available for Cyclon V SE SOC in bare metal. I required I2C,SPI,USB,NAND,UART,GPIO,Ethernet with example application and tell me how much max speed will get between FPGA and HPS.
