Linker memory map from the NIOS IDE?

Hi all,

Does anyone know how to gennerate a linker memory map when using the NIOS IDE? The GNU linker doc says to use the --print-map or -M option but that sends the output to STDOUT, whereever that may be in a Windows system, but not to the message box in the IDE.
