libstdc++ POSIX threads for eCos

I've managed to compile a Nios2 toolchain w/libstdc++ & POSIX threads (to support exceptions).

Anyone interested in testing?

This toolchain is based upon these instructions, which works great for ARM and have been reported to work for PowerPC & x86 amongst others:
