libmpeg2dec-0.5.1 problems

Hi everyone, My problem is still the same as in this thread http://www.alteraforum.com/forum/showthread.php?t=16937 but all the links from there are dead meanwhile, so i'll respawn this he...

Not yet. Would you tell me the method of compilation? Can we do it only by selecting in the 'menuconfig'?
