L13 pin is routed for both SDRAM clk & SRAM,ETHERNET

Hi friends

I am working on stratix board EPIS10F780C6 and here i provide the link for it

In page 18 of the above link shows that L13 pin of Stratix board is assigned to SDRAM clk

but again if i see in page 40 same L13 pin is allowed for SRAM and Ethernet

Please suggest me as i think This could be a cause for my previous problem that i posted

"has multiple drivers due to always enabled IO buffer"
