Kernel development on Nios Linux 2.6 distribution

In the same directory, run the following command (let's assume the ptf file from the core is c:/work/project1/linux.ptf): 

$ make hwselect SYSPTF=/cygdrive/c/work/project1/linux.ptf

then you will be able to build the kernel.
