Matt,

Update your altera.c file located in:

/***/com.microtronix.nios2linux.kernel_1.4.0/linux-2.6.x/drivers/mtd/maps/altera.c

Should probably copy it first to something like altera.c.orig (keep the original). Then update altera.c with what you want.
