Issue with programing of .sof file

Hi,

when I'm trying to program the FPGA with ".sof" file, it is working fine initially but when the progress reaches to 98 percent, then it's

displaying the following error and it is showing program failed. Please suggest some solution.

"Error (209040): Can't access JTAG chain

Error (209040): Can't access JTAG chain

Error (209015): Can't configure device. Expected JTAG ID code 0x020F70DD for device 1, but found JTAG ID code 0xFFFFFFFF.

Error (209053): Unexpected error in JTAG server -- error code 35

Error (209012): Operation failed"
