there's a good news. philips semi had opened their isp1761 driver on sf.net as gpl.
it does support iso transfer. ( the current isp1362 driver does not support iso transfer)
it is for 2.6.9 kernel.

you said "...the current ISP1362 driver does not support ISO transfer....".Dose it mean that if i want to use usb camera in DE2 board, I should improve on the ISP1362 driver for ISO transfers? Or can I have another way to use usb camera in DE2 board?

yes. if your camera need iso transfer, then you need to add iso transfer support to isp1362 driver.
