Is there a tutorial for interfacing with a SD card on the Altera DE1 board?

I am attempting to utilize Qsys and the Nios II processor on my Altera DE1 board to interface with a SD card formatted to FAT16. So far I have not been able to complete this process with the basic tutorials that I have found. Is there a complete tutorial for the Altera DE1 board?
