Is ASMI access slow, or am I?

Hello Everyone,

I'm using the functions provided by HAL to access some of the spare memory in my epcs4. Although everything works I'm a bit concerned about the time taken to read data out (I expect writes to take a while). For example, it takes about 10 seconds to read about 64Kb of data. Is this right or am I making a schoolboy error somewhere?
