Please find the isp1362.zip attached in post#1 of buildroot guide. 

cd ~/download
unzip isp1362.zip
cd ~/linux-2.6.16.1
patch -p0 <~/download/isp1362-nios2-01.diff

rebuild the kernel from hwselect,menuconfig .
