IrDA on DE2 board

I am trying to use the IrDA on the DE2 board. For some reason the Quartus II tool is not able to fit the IRDA_TXD line. Has anyone tried this before? any help is appreciated ...

    Make sure it's not a "Dual-Purpose pin", and, if it is, look for the option to turn it into a general I/O pin in "Device and Pin Options" in Quartus II.

    Thanks a lot!!!! that was it .. but the tool called that pin nCEO!!!>??!! but i just changed that pin to general I/O and it worked....
