I/O interfacing through uClinux

hello all !!!

I have to do some I/O interfacing through uClinux. something like writing a pulse generating program in uClinux shell and by doing some interfacing see the generated pulse on the oscilloscope. I have no idea how to do it.

Can any1 help me ???
