Ooops Sorry Roddy I should read more carefully before posting. In short the answer to your question is yes the Hal drivers have been tested on a Strata Flash specifically the Intel 28F320J3.

I'm a little confused about the statement that A0 is ignored I've just looked at the datasheet of the Intel part and cannot find that statement though it's a little ambiguous about whether it's using word or byte addressing so I'll have a look at the part. Where did you read this?

For your information we unlock all the sectors, just in case someone has locked them, we have no way of knowing what people may have done to their flash.
