instillation problems for EPCS Driver and Document

Hi,

Unfortunately, I only support the linux toolchain build of the kernel, as Cygwin has way too many problems for me to work with. If you follow hippos buildroot guide and get the latest kernel (2.6.16.1), the EPCS driver is already included, so you don't have to patch at all.
