install.ptf not found

dear sir

we have using the Alera Nios cyclone development kit connected the board .we are trying to upload

vmlinux.bin file into the CYCLONE board Into Flash Memery during the uploading the file it creating

the problem install.ptf file not found .please give me any technical problem in deatailed manner

i hope to get the replay as soon as possible.
