install.ptf missing

The following error is generated whenever image (happens on ecos and linux) is tried to flash into the nios2 cyclone evaluation board. no install.ptf file found at /cygdrive/u/altera/quartus...

I tried starting and starting SOPC Builder, still same problem

When I tried to Generate System from the SOPC Builder the following message is reported
