IDT71V416 write cycle

the IDT71V416 in the write cycle have two methods.one

is that during a WE controlled write cycle OE is LOW,another is that

OE is HIGH during a WE controlled write cycle.So I want to ask that

the IDT71V416 in the nios board use what method?
