I want to use NCURSES and CDK?

HI all:

I want to use NCURSES and CDK,frist I must install it. But Nios2 no development

environment in LINUS OS. NIOS2 use nios2 sdk shell and IDE . Is nios2 sdk shell

a standard CYGWIN? Should I install NCURSES and CDK in nios2 sdk shell?
