I need help! Error in the SOPC

When I click in generating in the SOPC, the program it shows the following error:

-get_class_ptf and ensure_class_ptfs must be called with g{system_directory}.

Every tutorial that I make this error occurs. how I decide this problem? somebody can help me? Tanks!
