I can't distinguish Megawizard from SPOC builder

in my opinion, the difference are that:

1. sopc builder is used to builder a system which has at least one nios soft processor, all other component added to this system commonly are controlled by nthe processor which execute software you programed.

2. megawizard is used to add a component to the system which are not directly controlled by a nios processor, often without a processor.

3. there are intersection between sopc builder and megawizard, such as the pll.
