Howto Porting mtools?

Hi,  Does anyone know this package mtools-3.9.10.tar.gz and how to porting?   Thanks in advance.

Though I have not do it yet, there are the directions:

1. cd the mtools dir

run ./configure

2. modify the generated Makefile, for cross compile.

You can take the Makefile and Rules.mak from busybox as a example.
