how to use cs8900 drivers

hello , who can tell me how to use cs8900 in niosii device drivers? it is not HAL , do i need build a HAL for it? thanks!

The Altera gives the document is not enough detailed, do you have any document about how to use the legacy SDK driver or how to write my own HAL driver detailed.
