How to uninstall Quartus II in SUSE

NiosII EDS messed up with Quartus II installation in my machine.

What is the right procedure to uninstall all of them and reinstall without damaging SUSE?

    I use Gentoo rather than Suse, but "rm -rf <install_dir>" has always worked well for me.... The installers don&#39;t, to the best of my knowledge use any of the Linux-native packaging systems (rpm, deb, ebuild, etc.) "Use at your own risk!"
