How to transplant uC/GUI to the NIOS II without operation system?

Hi!

I want to transplant the uC/GUI to the NIOS II without the the uC/OS system,but I just know a little about it.I don't know how to associate config and gui file with the project after I drag them to the project,if I don't do that them will not be compiled.If anybody has the experience please give me some sugestion.
