How to start learning uCLinux

Hi all,

I'm a newer in uCLinux.

I have an Altera NiosII Cyclone Development kits.

How can I start learning uCLinux?

Need I install Nios II Linux v1.4 released ??

After installation, is there any software templates and documents related to uCLinux?
