I want to read the contents stored in the EPCS4 using USBBlaster, which software-tools can do this? Thanks! Thanks to wombat.

Honored ContributorI don't think I understand your question. The EPCS devices don't have a context.
But perhaps you meant "the contents". I think the Quartus programmer can read the contents, or you could use the HAL routines to read it from the target.
