How to put ecos in an embeded PC

I installed eCos in a Linux (RedHat), following this instructions:

http://ecos.sourceware.org/ (http://ecos.sourceware.org/)

I need to use eCos in an embeded PC, and I will like to do it with a 'Start Diskette'. How can I do this? Thank you.
