How to place SDRAM controller in fixed location?

To avoid tools placing SDRAM controller on different location and gives differen timing by each compilation, I plan to place SDRAM controller in fixed location via LogicLock. The question is: how to identify the SDRAM controller logics and tell the tool to place it with best effort.

Does anyone have such experience? Many thanks.
