how to make .net file

I had made a board, mainly including Cyclon EP1C6Q240C8,Flash(AM29lv160db),SSRAM(cy7c1041),MAX3000(EPM3128),I want to define new board description in SOPC BUILDER to normally run my hardware and software,but I don't know how to make .net file? please help me,thanks a lot
