How to make applications run on nios2linux

Hi , How to make applications run on nios2linux by comman mount or ftpd. because the kernel is romfs, I can't mount linux host and windows xp. I can't send files to filesystem by ftpd ei...

That's an insteresting thing, but how can we get initramfs since we found only romfs after compiling the fs project.
