How to load zimage to memory on DE0-Nano

Sir,

I am using ubuntu12.04, and i have been trying to run uclinux on DE0-Nano board.For this i have to load zimage to memory on DE0-Nano board, its failed and i came to know we can load under windows, how to download under windows as well as ubuntu, am very new to this ,kindly tel me procedure.
