How to keep the Nios II IDE program permenant

Hi, i already programmed my nios2 .POF file into my de2 board eeprom.... now i would like to program my software (created using Nios2 IDE) into the board permenantly so that i dont have to stay connected to computer or any other thing...just my DE2 board....

i am thimking of using the flash memory available in DE2 board but i dont know the implementation....

i am only using my de2 board or any FPGA for 2 weeks and i dont have previous experience using any altera related products...

please advice..
