How to integrate applications in µClinux

Hi,

I've compiled my mpeg code in Nios II IDE and I wondered how to integrate that

code in µClinux from WINDOWS.

I started with creating a Linux Application Project, I builded it, added the exe I obtainded to the /bin of a linux filesystem then I builded it.
