how to handle the uart

if i can handle the uart under OS-II like under unix? the MicroC/OS-II support all the system function like open, read ,write, tcgetattr, tcsetattr, and the struct termios, etc.?

how to handle sram and flash?e.g:write data to an address(i know exactly where it is) of sram .
