how to download my program to the flash

development environment:

software: quartus 4.0 ,nios 3.01 develop kit

development board: nios development kit stratix professional edition

questions:

(1) how to download my program to a specified pard of a flash in nios sdk shell.

(2) how to download my configuration information to a part of my flash.

(3) i want to know in which part of the flash on my development board the configuration information and application program are stored separately ,so as to the board can be configured by itself when the board is power on.
