I've asked the same question a time ago, and in the meantime I figured it out myself. Make a copy of the EP2S60 full featured directory and start the SOPC builder in this directory. Add a CF component to the design and compile the design. You can use the new ptf file to compile the Filesystem and Kenel. It already works with my EP2S60 board. Good luck ... Digi
