how to build toolchain on linux ,no internet

Hi Alex,

"Redhat 9" is too old that "make" can not run properly.

Please update to "Fedora core 4", fedora.redhat.com .

You have select devel tools, install gcc32 as in the beginning of the buildroot guide, and do "yum update" .
