How to add avalon component am29lv800 to core??

I have installed Quartus II 5.0 + Nios II evaluation, but the component am29lv800 is marked with white circle. It says the component is none licensed, and core is available via web download. How could I download the component and gain the license, and I am wondering wether it has anything to do with the license.

OR is there any other way to solve the problem, adding am29lv800 to my core?
