How to active Physical Synthesis Optimization?

I have read about the program document, but here is, we are about enroll a competetion, our university already join the program, we have already got the development kit, and a full license, but these are all to the lab, The key is I want a full license for me to study at home-- because our lab haven't got any internet connection, you know, I'm a new to this, and I'm majored in Computer Science $ Technology, not Digital Design, but I want to learn these, I am really need a full Quartus II at home, so I can studying while online.
