How to active Physical Synthesis Optimization?

Hey guys, I'm now having Quartus II Training Exercises on 4.1 Web Edition but one of the step using Physical Synthesis Optimization which is gray in my way, I just don't know does the Web ...

You don't need a full license for Quartus anymore. You can run it for a year without one.

Just make sure you're on the latest full version and run away :-)
