Sorry, Nios I 3.2.

As I know, sb. tells me, free Full License could be got by colleges by proper reasons -- I'm a college student, and I'm now taking part in a competetion organized by ALTERA, so I really need a full license of Quartus II and a full Nios core for our design. Who knows where should I get them?
