22 years agoNo, Quartus II Web Edition version 4.1 does not support physical synthesis optimizations. For this you will need the full Quartus II subscription.
Also, as Kerri said, there is no Nios II v3.2, and the first generation Nios version 3.2 is not available for download. You should contact your local Altera representative or the Altera support hotline if you urgently need this release. Nios II release 1.0, however, is available for download at: www.altera.com/niostestdrive (http://www.altera.com/niostestdrive).
