How to active Physical Synthesis Optimization?

Hey guys, I'm now having Quartus II Training Exercises on 4.1 Web Edition but one of the step using Physical Synthesis Optimization which is gray in my way, I just don't know does the Web ...

Ummm.... I think?? you mean Nios I 3.2?

Nios II is only on 1.0 so far.

I don't know if there is a free download for Nios I.

Marketing might know who is responsible for the web edition of Quartus II (I'll ask them to take a look at this topic).
